[Jeju's famous restaurant] The original tteokbokki place in Seogwipo, Shin-chan snack bar
There are many foods known in Jeju, and among them, there are foods that belong to the cheap side. It's a tteokbokki that students enjoy.
There are also new restaurants and snack bars in the Olleh market, but the original restaurant is Crayon Shin-chan snack.
When I came here 10 years ago, it was a very shabby interior, but now it looks like a clean interior.
Representative menu and price (cost-effectiveness)
The main menu is bonchigi. I think Bonchigi is the name given because it comes with everything in tteokbokki. Put fried food, gimbap, kimchi pancake, and noodles on a plate in a tteokbokki soup base.
Food I've tried
Of course, we ordered bonchigi and ate it. If you're from the neighborhood, you can eat ramen, kimbap, and fried dumplings. We are tourists, so we are bonchigi. Hah!
When you order bonchigi, the fish cake soup and pickled radish come first. It's tteokbokki... You don't need any other side dishes, do you?
We ordered a bonch element (12,000 won) for two people. My wife's portion is a little small, but it was just right when I ordered the small one.
Tteokbokki rice cake is not a regular rice cake, but a fried rice cake, so it's softer and has a better texture.
If you turn the tteokbokki upside down, you will get noodles.
Taste Assessment (extremely subjective)
Compared to the famous name, bonchigi, the taste was just normal. I don't think it's a very delicious food. I didn't feel the deep taste.
Restaurant Management System
I didn't visit when it was crowded, so I don't know what it is, but it wasn't too inconvenient to order and eat. Looking at the kitchen, I think there were a lot of deliveries.
Cleanliness
It wasn't that clean 10 years ago, but the interior with the new interior looked clean. It's an open kitchen, but it's not very clean.
Kindness
It's normal.
