The place where time and memory stopped, Daeryong Mayor, Ganghwa Gyodongdo

Daeryong Market in Gyodongdo Island is where the time of old memories has stopped.  It was originally an island close to North Korea, but the Gyodong Bridge was opened to make it easier for tourists to visit.  Originally, this is a restricted area for civilians, but you can get a pass easily on Gyodong Bridge. Ganghwado Island, once a historic island, no longer needs to go just to explore history.  Ganghwado Island is famous for its many textile factories, although it has a deep historical significance.  The closed textile factory was not abandoned, but was transformed into a new trendy cafe, making it one of the most popular tourist destinations in the Gang-eup.
