[Jeju's famous restaurant] Bibijakmyeon restaurant made of buckwheat, the first village under Hallasan Mountain.
On the last day of my trip to Jeju, I left the accommodation late and visited **the first village under Hallasan Mountain, which is famous for buckwheat food for breakfast and lunch.
The food is delicious here, but the scenery surrounding the green buckwheat field and Hallasan Mountain is wonderful.
The scenery and scenery around the restaurant are so beautifully decorated. Even if you don't eat, it's a good place to visit as a tourist destination.
When you arrive at the restaurant, you have to wait first. The building is not that bigThere are no empty seats available. It is also recommended to wait for more than an hour here, so it is better to wait first and rest around or take pictures in the buckwheat field.
If you register on standby, you will receive a message through Kakao Talk when the order of entry comes later. It takes about an hour for 20 teams to wait.
There is a buckwheat field right next to the restaurant. It's autumn now, but the buckwheat field is colored white on a green background, so it's good to see and take pictures.
The sky is blue, the ground is light green, and the boundary is green, so it has a very nice color.
It's great to take a solo picture. If you take pictures and talk to each other while looking at the scenery, you will receive a message on Kakao Talk to inform you of the entrance preparation.
Representative menu and price (cost-effectiveness)
There are seven menus, and buckwheat is the main ingredient. Cold Noodles, Spicy Noodles, Bibijakmyeon, Gomtang, Jovegi, Dumpling, and Buckwheat Pancake.
Among them, the representative menu is Bijjakmyeon. Maybe this restaurant became famous because of this.
Food I've tried
The foods we have eaten are Bijjakmyeon, Cold Noodles, and Buckwheat Jeon.
Buckwheat pancakes are not unique. It's a normal taste. It's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Cold Noodles with soup are quite bland. It's a healthy taste. It feels like Pyeongyang naengmyeon, but only noodles are buckwheat, so it's a little different from that.
This is the main thing. First of all, it's not a strong taste. It tastes healthy and savory. It's a taste that gourmets will like. It's a non-stimulating bibim buckwheat. When I was about to eat it, I felt a bit greasy. I think it was sesame oil or perilla oil because of the oil.
Taste Assessment (extremely subjective)
I'm sure there are a lot of people who like this taste. However, I felt a bit bored and greasy because my mouth was tamed by the stimulating taste.
Restaurant Management System
As for the restaurant operation system, Jeju Island seems to have introduced a lot of tabling apps overall. I think I use a tabling app here, too, so the waiting is long, but I don't have any complaints. Also, it seemed that the quick order and food preparation were good even when I sat down.
Cleanliness
The cleanliness is pretty good. It was a clean building and the interior was clean.
